How to Place an Order:

You may order by e-mail to sunshine@sunshinestudio.com, to our backup e-mail at arch87506@sisna.com, or by phone at (800)348-9273 or (505)984-3216. The total cost of your order will be the cost of the merchandise plus $8 shipping per order. If the total cost of your merchandise exceeds $300, shipping is free. Our standard shipping method is DHL Ground in the USA. We can first class mail with insurance by a third party insurer in the USA at your request. We can use other carriers, other shipment methods, or international shipping at additional cost.

Please let us know what payment method you prefer. You may pay with PayPal, you may phone us at (800)348-9273 to pay with a credit card, or you may send a Money Order or check by snail mail. If you choose PayPal, please 'Send Money' to sunshine@sunshinestudio.com in the amount of your total.

Please assure that your spam filter is set to receive e-mail from Sunshine Studio and, if you have not already done so, please provide us with a phone number for use if e-mail does not work. If there are any questions, please e-mail us or phone us.

On this web site, "Buy Me" requests your e-mail client to send a rudimentary e-mail to us with a single item number filled in requesting that we reserve this item for you. You may add more information to this e-mail before sending it. If you send several such e-mails within a short time, we will combine your reservations into a single larger order.

Please be patient - if you send an e-mail or a "Buy Me" message during business hours, we will normally answer by noon of the next business day. Be assured that all orders are handled on a first come, first served basis, in the order that they are received by us.

We prefer that you call between 10 AM and 3 PM Mountain Time. Note that Mountain Time is 2 hours earlier than Eastern time, that is, if it is 8 AM in New York, then it is 6 AM in Santa Fe.

We do not answer our phone during the first hour after a new posting - please make your selections by e-mail during this first hour and phone us later.
